It truly means the world to us to have our family and friends travel all the way to Italy to celebrate this next chapter with us. Italy is a place that has completely captured our hearts—full of beauty, romance, vibrant life, and that unmistakable sense of la dolce vita.
We feel so lucky to share it with the people we love most, and hope this becomes more than just a wedding, but an unforgettable experience we can all enjoy together and carry with us long after.

Welcome Party
An alfresco welcome evening on the Villa La Selva Terrace, featuring traditional wood-fired pizzas prepared on-site by local Italian pizzaioli, accompanied by a traditional Italian Quartet.

Pool Party Brunch
A Tuscan beach club celebration with poolside DJ. Enjoy fresh Italian sandwiches and light bites, soak up the sun, and unwind with family and friends as we continue the festivities in a relaxed atmosphere.

We’ve carefully arranged accommodations for all of our guests across three beautiful partnered Italian estates. It means a lot to us that everyone can stay together, share in the experience, and enjoy easy transportation to and from our wedding events that we’ve arranged.
Once you RSVP, we’ll send you a payment link with details about your assigned property and everything you’ll need to know for your stay!

Villa La Selva sits among the rolling Tuscan hills near Montevarchi, surrounded by vineyards and olive groves - a quintessential countryside setting for the celebrations.
AIRPORTS
Florence (FLR) Airport ~1 hour by car to all 3 partnered Italian estates
Best choice for most European arrivals; compact airport and easy drive into Tuscany.Schedule a car service through your estate or use a private transfer company. When you receive your accommodation link, we will provide contact information to the estate service desk
Rent a car for your trip. If renting please get an International Driver’s Permit. This is required when renting a car in Italy. It’s simple! Just apply online at AAA
Rome Fiumicino (FCO) Airport ~2.5 hours by car to all 3 partnered Italian estates
Best for most long-haul and U.S. flights.Train from Rome to Florence: 1.5 hours by high-speed train followed by a 1 hour drive to your accommodation
GETTING AROUND
We highly recommend renting a car for flexibility during your stay, as Villa La Selva is rural with no direct public transport links.
Major providers: Avis, Hertz, Europcar, Sixt — available at all airports.
Automatic cars are limited in Italy, so book early.
If renting please get an International Driver’s Permit. This is required when renting a car in Italy. It’s simple! Just apply online at AAA
CAR SERVICE OPTIONS
Private transfers or taxis can be arranged from all airports
Schedule a car service through your estate or use a private transfer company. When you receive your accommodation link, we will provide contact information to the estate service desk, which you can use to book a car service.
ITALY TRAVEL TIPS FOR U.S. GUESTS
Passport Validity: Must be valid for at least 6 months after travel dates.
Currency: Euros (€). Credit cards widely accepted, but carry cash for rural shops/restaurants.
Plugs: Type C, F, or L (230V). Bring a European adapter.
Driving: Right-hand side of the road. International Driving Permit (IDP) is technically required for car rental.
Tipping: Not obligatory — rounding up or leaving a few euros is appreciated.
If able, we recommend landing in Italy no later than Wednesday morning, September 30th, to adjust to the time change and be able to fully enjoy the wedding experiences.
