Think Italian chic! We will shortly be preparing a lookbook which should give you an idea of potential colours/outfits, however we ultimately want you to wear something which makes you feel great.
For footwear, please consider that the location of the ceremony and after-party will be a mix of grass and gravelled stones.
We expect the weather will be 27 - 33°C during the day.
TRAVEL
For guests planning to fly into the region from the U.K. on Thursday and fly back on Sunday, Easyjet have a flight leaving London Gatwick at 9.10am on Thursday 19th June. The return flight leaves Bari Airport on Sunday 22nd June at 12.45pm. For those wishing to return to the U.K. on Saturday evening, there is a British airways flight leaving Bari Airport at 6.15pm to London Gatwick.
Onward transport information on arrival into Bari/Brindisi airport will be circulated once formal invitations have been sent out. For those needing transport from the airport, this will be arranged.
It is also possible to hire a car from either Bari or Brindisi airport but please speak to Hanaan or Samantha if you would like a recommendation. There will be parking on site at the wedding venue.
ACCOMMODATION
The wedding venue, Masseria Pistola, is located in an area called Cocolicchio in the Brindisi region of Puglia, and there are a number of hotels and accommodation options available on Airbnb and booking.com within 10 minutes of the venue. The closest “larger” town is Fasano, which is a 10 – 15 minute drive from the venue. It is a beautiful historic town with quaint streets and bustling piazzas.

GIFTS
We are so grateful to each and every one of you for making the trip and being with us on such a special day. We feel so fortunate to have you in our lives; you are our nearest and dearest and each one of you is so important to us. Your presence is the greatest gift you could ever give to us, so please, no gifts.
FOOD
As a vegan couple, it was important to us that our wedding day reflected who we are. Whilst the wedding will not be a vegan wedding; it will be a vegetarian wedding. Fortunately, Italian cuisine has some of the best vegetarian food in the world, think pasta, pizza, cheese boards and fresh locally-grown fruit and vegetables.
Dietary requirements will be collected once formal invitations have been sent out.
FAQs
Does my invitation include a plus one?
If you are not sure, please ask Hanaan or Samantha. Generally, unless the Save the Date mentioned a plus one, the invite was intended just to you.
Is the wedding child friendly?
Absolutely! But, if anyone is worried about this, please do speak to Hanaan or Samantha who have done their very best to ensure that those with children can come to the wedding and not worry about childcare.
Am I invited to all three wedding events?
Of course! Not everyone will be able to attend all three events and we completely understand that but, if you are able to make the pre- and post-wedding event, we’d love to spend that little extra time with you.
